150th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 19 November, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues reviewed the amendments submitted to the bills on the agenda for the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.


To the Bill on Legalisation of Buildings, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications had submitted one amendment. The Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues found the amendment compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

To the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications had submitted one amendment. The Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues found the amendment compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

To the Bill on Mercantile Shipping, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications had submitted three amendments. The Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues found the amendments compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee found all 10 of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Healthcare Law compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
