14th Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting held on 24 November 2025, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered, in principle, a number of bills on the agenda of the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025.
The Committee members accepted the proposal of Committee Chairman Dr Dusan Bajatovic not to consider items 4 and 5 on the proposed agenda i.e. Bill amending and modifying the Law on Advertising and the Bill on Accreditation, in principle.
The Committee members also accepted the proposal of Committee Chairman Dr Dusan Bajatovic to complete a joint debate in principle on all three items on the agenda i.e. Bill on Natural Gas, Bill on Crude Oil, and the Bill on Mandatory Reserves of Crude Oil, Oil Derivatives and Natural Gas, presented by representative of the submitter Sasa Popovic, acting Assistant Minister of Mining and Energy.
Following a discussion, the Committee accepted all three of the considered bills, by majority vote.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Dusan Bajatovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ivana Stamatovic, Miljana Milojevic, Olivera Denic, Tijana Davidovac, Milos Gnjidic, Goran Nikolic, Miroslav Kondic, Dalibor Jekic, Jelena Spiric, Dragana Arsic, Dragan Stanojevic and Prof. Dr Slobodan Cvejic.
