146th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 21 February, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the Bill on Staro Sajmiste Memorial, submitted by the Government and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Procedure for Registration into Real Estate and Power Lines Cadastre, submitted by MP Katarina Rakic.

Of the 41 amendments submitted to the Bill on Staro Sajmiste Memorial, the Committee found three not to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while the rest were found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

All of the 20 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Procedure for Registration into Real Estate and Power Lines Cadastre were found to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the two amendments submitted to articles 2 and 5 of the Bill by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Zivan Djurisic, Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Dr Balint Pasztor, Petar Petrovic, Milena Corilic and Jasmina Obradovic.
