145th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 10 November, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the three bills proposed for discussion at the Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.
The Committee members found the Bill amending the Republic of Serbia 2015 Budget Law, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Tax Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and on Property and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Kingdom of Norway on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Tax Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income, submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
On the behalf of the Ministry of Finance, the sitting was attended by Assistant Minister Mirjana Cojbasic and associate.
