The Proposal of amendments and modifications to the Financial Plan were elucidated by the Commission Chairman Dr Zoran Cirovic. Following a long discussion, the Committee members asked the Securities Commission to submit additional data to the Committee needed to finalise the Proposal of amendments and modifications to the Securities Commission 2014 Financial Plan, in the part relating to the amendments to the job systematisation, as well as the complaints which have remained unresolved and which the Ministry of Finance had not consented to.

The Committee members then proceeded to review the petition of Vladimir Milovanovic, Executive Manager of “Energoprojekt Holding” a.d. Belgrade to the Securities Commission’s work. The petition was forwarded to the Securities Commission which would, after it had ascertained all the facts, inform the submitter of the petition and the Committeeon Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending on it.
