12th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 30 September 2024, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mining and Geological Explorations, submitted by 86 MPs.

The Bill was presented by MP Danijela Nestorovic as representative of the submitters.

Following a debate, the Committee found the Bill to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Milica Nikolic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Branko Pavlovic, Dragan Nikolic, Sanja Jefic Brankovic, Aleksandar Djukic, Danijela Nestorovic, Slobodan Petrovic, Ana Erakovic, Olja Petrovic, Nikola Bokan, Goran Petrovic, Snezana Jovanovic, Vesna Nedovic, Milos Gnjidic and Jasmina Palurovic.
