The Committee went on to review the notifications submitted by the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued to MPs Sasa Radulovic and Milan Lapcevic to maintain order at the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016. By majority vote, the Committee ruled to fine MP Sasa Radulovic 40% of an MP’s base salary, and MP Milan Lapcevic 10% of an MP’s base salary.

The Committee also reviewed the reprimand issued to MPs Sasa Radulovic to maintain order at the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016. By majority vote, the Committee ruled to fine MP Sasa Radulovic 10% of an MP’s base salary.

The Committee went on to review the notifications submitted by the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued to MPs Tatjana Macura and Nenad Bozic to maintain order at the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016. The Committee members ruled to fine MP Tatjana Macura 20% of an MP’s base salary, and MP Nenad Bozic 10% of an MP’s base salary.

The Committee members also reviewed the notifications submitted by the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued to a number of MPs to maintain order at the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016, and ruled to fine MP Balsa Bozovic 50% of an MP’s base salary, Tatjana Macura 50%, Branislav Mihajlovic 50%, Goran Jesic 10%, Sasa Radulovic 10% and Branka Stamenkovic 10% of an MP’s base salary.
