126th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 22 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the bills on the agenda of the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2019.


The Committee members found the Bill on Postal Services, Bill on the Confirmation of the Acts of the World Postal Union, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Information Security, Bill amending and modifying the Law on General Product Safety and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Export and Import of Dual Use Goods, submitted by the Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Bojan Torbica, Bajro Gegic, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic and Milena Corilic.
