The reports were presented by Minister of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue Gordana Comic who stressed that the Government of the Republic of Serbia is undeniably committed to building the rule of law, contribute to the culture of human and minority rights and build social dialogue. She went on to list the details of the Ministry reports.

The Committee accepted the reports for said periods.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Muamer Bacevac, and was attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Dragoljub Ackovic, Sandra Jokovic, Dejan Stosic, Nikola Jolovic, Vesna Stjepanovic, Stefan Srbljanovic, Nebojsa Bakarec, Dijana Radovic, Dr Vesna Ivkovic and Zoltan Pek.
