115th sitting of the Legislative Committee
At its sitting held on 16 May 2006, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed the Bill on Restitution of Property to Churches and Religious Communities in principle and in particular.
At its sitting held on 16 May 2006, the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed the Bill on Restitution of Property to Churches and Religious Communities in principle and in particular. A total of 34 amendments had been submitted to the Bill by deputies; the Committee assessed them all as legally possible.
Legislative Committee members endorsed a corrective amendment submitted by deputy Vladimir Homan to the Code on Criminal Proceedings. A second corrective amendment, submitted by deputy Zoran Krasic to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Ordering of Courts, was also endorsed.
A total of 70 amendments had been submitted to the Bill on the Market in Securities and Other Financial Instruments; the Committee ruled that three were not legally possible. Legislative Committee members resolved to submit three amendments to the Bill on behalf of the Committee.
