The Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Settlement of Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia arising from Unpaid Citizens’ Foreign Exchange Savings Deposited in Banks with Headquarters on the Territory of the Republic of Serbia and Branch Offices on the Territory of Former SFRY Republics, Bill on the Confirmation of the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters, Bill on Trade, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Electronic Commerce and the Bill on Commodity Exchange to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic and Milena Corilic.
