112th sitting of the Legislative Committee

At its one hundred and twelfth sitting, held on 17 April, the Legislative Committee discussed and assessed as in principle legally possible the Bill on the Establishment of NIS-Kapital Plc, the Bill on the Establishment of PTT-Kapital Plc, the Bill on the Establishment of EPS-Kapital Plc, the Bill on Churches and Religious Communities, and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Telecommunications Act.



At its one hundred and twelfth sitting, held on 17 April, the Legislative Committee discussed and assessed as in principle legally possible the Bill on the Establishment of NIS-Kapital Plc, the Bill on the Establishment of PTT-Kapital Plc, the Bill on the Establishment of EPS-Kapital Plc, the Bill on Churches and Religious Communities, and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Telecommunications Act.

Fifty-eight amendments submitted to the Bill on Churches and Religious Communities, and two submitted to the Bill Amending and Modifying the Telecommunications Act were also assessed as legally possible. Rejection of two amendments to the latter bill was proposed by the Legislative Committee.

The Committee reached agreement on responding to queries from the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia regarding several initiatives to assess compliance of legislation with the Constitution.
