10th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 10 July 2023, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, submitted by the Government, in principle.

Following the public hearing held just before the beginning of the 10th sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications with the topic presentation of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, the Committee adopted the Bill, in principle.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Tomislav Jankovic, Ivana Nikolic, Branislav Josifovic, Nikola Nesic, Marina Lipovac Tanaskovic, Bojan Torbica, Marija Jovanovic, Djordje Todorovic, Prof. Dr Andreja Savic and Jasmina Karanac.
