10th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 23 July 2024, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.

Acting in accordance with the provisions of Article 199 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee reviewed the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and Certificate on the election of MPs Vesna Stankovic and Zdravko Mladenovic, elected from Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – Serbia Must Not Stop, and Sabira Hadziavdic, elected from Electoral List USAME ZUKORLIC – UNITED FOR JUSTICE - JUSTICE AND RECONCILIATION PARTY – BOSNIAKS OF SANDZAK, TOMISLAV ZIGMANOV – DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE OF CROATS IN VOJVODINA, and ascertained that the data on the election of the MPs are identical to the ones in the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission allowing for the verification of the term of office of the newly-elected MPs.

By majority vote, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly, immediately after the reception of this report, note the verification of the term of office of the newly-elected MPs Vesna Stankovic, Zdravko Mladenovic and Sabira Hadziavdic.

The Committee also gave a positive response to the request submitted by MP Dane Stanojcic to assume another public post.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marko Milosevic, Jelena Milosevic, Djordje Komlenski, Goran Milic, Stefan Janjic, Uros Djokic, Nenad Krstic, Branimir Jovanovic, Olja Petrovic, Dane Stanojcic, Aleksandar Jugovic, Prof. Dr Miloljub Albijanic and Stefan Kitanovic.
