Continuation of the 49th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
In the continuation of the 49th sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues, held on 16 June 2026, the Committee members considered the notification of the National Assembly Speaker regarding the reprimand issued to MP Marinika Tepic to maintain order at the 27th sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee held on 29 May 2026, and decided to fine the MP 10% of an MP’s base salary viz. 13,078.20 RSD.

At the sitting held on 29 May 2026, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the following: the Bill on the Provision of a Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Postal Savings Bank, Joint Stock Company, Belgrade, for the Settlement of the Obligations of the Joint Stock Company for Railway Passenger Transport "Srbiavoz" Belgrade, on the Basis of a Long-Term Loan Agreement for the Implementation of the Project for the Procurement of 30 New Electric Train Transporters for the Urban-Suburban Railway System, submitted by the Government, in principle, Bill on the Confirmation of the Guarantee between the Republic of Serbia represented by the Government of the Republic of Serbia acting by and through the Ministry of Finance, as Guarantor, and Deutsche Bank, Sociedad Anónima Española Unipersonal, as Mandated Lead Arranger, and Deutsche Bank AG, as Original Lender, and Deutsche Bank AG, as Agent, relating to an EUR 263,874,992.80 CESCE-Supported Facility Agreement, submitted by the Government, Agency for the Prevention of Corruption 2025 Activity Report, submitted by the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, and the Commission for State Aid Control 2025 Activity Report, submitted by the Commission for State Aid Control.
