Thirteenth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005 convened

At the request of 228 deputies, the Vice-chairman of the National Assembly, Zoran Andjelkovic, convened the Thirteenth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republicof Serbiain 2005 for 4.30 p.


At the request of 228 deputies, the Vice-chairman of the National Assembly, Zoran Andjelkovic, convened the Thirteenth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republicof Serbiain 2005 for 4.30 p.m.on Friday 16 September.

The session is to discuss proposals of decisions authorising detention for Ljubomir Vuckovic, Justice of the Supreme Court of Serbia, and Milan Radovanovic, deputy Special Prosecutor.

Thirteenth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005

The following agenda was set for the Thirteenth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005, convened by the Vice-Chairman of the National Assembly, Zoran Andjelkovic, at the request of 228 deputies, for 4.30 p.m. on Friday 16 September:


    - Proposals of Decisions Granting Approval for Detention of Ljubomir Vuckovic, Justice of the Supreme Court of Serbia, and Milan Radovanovic, deputy Special Prosecutor, submitted by the Administrative Committee of the National Assembly

As the National Assembly had adopted the Decision Granting Approval for Detention of Ljubomir Vuckovic, Justice of the Supreme Court of Serbia, and the Decision Granting Approval for Detention of Milan Radovanovic, deputy Special Prosecutor, the chair of the session, Assembly Vice-Chairman Zoran Andjelkovic, concluded the Thirteenth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005.
