Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic informed the Committee members that the National Assembly Speaker has called a Public Competition for the election of one member of the Council of the Commission for Protection of Competition. The public call received 10 applications accompanied by CVs: Prof. Dr Radovan Vukadinovic, Prof. Dr Sanja Dankovic Stepanovic, MA Mitar Drobnjakovic, doc. Dr Milan Kostic, Zeljko Matijevic, Prof. Dr Sinisa Ognjanovic, Mladen Radovic, Cedomir Radojcic, doc. Dr Dragutin Radosavljevic and Petar Trojanovic.

The participants of the public competition presented their biographies to the Committee members, while one of the participants was justifiably absent.

The Committee members went on to decide, by majority vote, to set up a Working Group to ascertain whether the participants of the public competition meet the requirements for their election as member of the Council of the Commission for Protection of Competition. The Working Group is to comprise Prof. Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic and Gorica Gajic.

The sitting was attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Prof. Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Dragomir Karic, Radmilo Kostic, Blaza Knezevic, Zoran Bojanic, Snezana R. Petrovic, Ivan Manojlovic, Snezana Paunovic, Branislav Mihajlovic, Natasa Mihailovic Vacic, MA Ivan Kostic, Gorica Gajic, Vojislav Vujic and Jelena Mijatovic.
