Third Session of the Second Regular Sitting in 2002 Convened
The Chairperson of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Natasa Micic, has convened the Second Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2002 for Tuesday 19 November, beginning at 10 in the morning.
Chairperson Natasa Micic suggested that the session should consider a package of tax laws submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, namely the Bills on Taxation Procedure and Tax Administration, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Sales Tax Act, the Corporate Income Tax Bill, the Ownership and Usage Tax Bill, the Property Tax Bill, and the Income Tax Bill.
The session will also consider the Bill Amending and Modifying the Excise Act, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the Motion to adopt a Declaration on calling a republic referendum in order for citizens to respond to a question regarding the independence of the Serbian state, submitted by over 100,000 voters.
