Sixth Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 22 January, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered and unanimously adopted the Bill on the Confirmation of the Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims and the 1996 Protocol amending and modifying the Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims, submitted by the Government.
The Committee members also discussed and unanimously adopted the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Road Transport of Passengers and Goods and the Bill on the Confirmation of the International Road Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Latvia, submitted by the Government.
The bills were elaborated by assistant ministers of transport Mirjana Trifunovic and Milorad Ilic.
The Committee members also considered the Bill on the Confirmation of the Air Transport Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro on which they will vote at the next Committee sitting.
The sitting was chaired by Dejan Radenkovic, Committee Chairman.
