Seventh Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 16 December, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications reviewed, in detail, the Bill on Management of Airports, Bill on Housing and Building Maintenance, Bill on Transport of Dangerous Goods, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Utilities.
The Government and the Committee accepted one of the 60 amendments submitted to the Bill on Management of Airports. The Committee also submitted three amendments of its own to articles 7, 15 and 20 of the Bill.
Out of the 462 amendments submitted to the Bill on Housing and Building Maintenance, the Government and the Committee accepted 36. The Committee also submitted seven amendments of its own to articles 3, 11, 88, 91, 141, 150 and 151 of the Bill.
The Government and the Committee accepted 15 of the 39 amendments submitted to the Bill on Transport of Dangerous Goods. The Committee also submitted four amendments of its own to articles 20, 27, 80 and 81 of the Bill.
Out of the 68 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Utilities, the Government and the Committee accepted four. The Committee also submitted three amendments of its own to articles 9, 14 and 16 of the Bill.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ivana Nikolic, Ivan Karic, Dalibor Radicevic, Ognjen Pantovic, Jasmina Karanac, Stefana Miladinovic, Vladimir Petkovic, Jovo Ostojic, Zoran Milekic and Snezana B. Petrovic.
