Seventh Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 16 June, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending decided to propose that the National Assembly urgently consider the Report, accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending, on the reviewed Fiscal Council 2013 Activity Report.
The Committee also decided to propose that the National Assembly urgently consider the Report accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending, on the reviewed Central Securities Registry, Depository and Clearing House 2013 Business Report with the Central Registry 2013 Financial Report and Independent Auditor’s Report.
The Committee members went on to consider the Activity Report on the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures for the period 1 April to 30 June 2013 accompanied by the Republic Commission Activity Information for the period 1 April to 30 September 2013, elaborated by the Commission Chairman Sasa Varinac. Following a discussion, the Committee decided to submit a Report to the National Assembly accompanied by a Conclusion Proposal stating that the Committee accepted the Activity Report on the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures for the period 1 April to 30 June 2013, and proposed that the National Assembly discuss it by urgent procedure.
At the sitting, the Committee members also considered the Activity Report on the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures for the period 1 July to 31 December 2013 and decided to submit a Report accompanied by a Conclusion Proposal stating that the Committee accepted the Activity Report on the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures for the period 1 July to 31 December 2013, and proposed that the National Assembly discuss it by urgent procedure.
The Committee members also discussed and proceeded to accept the Public Procurement Directorate 2013 Report on the supervision conducted over the implementation of the Public Procurement Law, presented by the Director, Dr Predrag Jovanovic.
The Committee members also considered and accepted the Report of the Civic Supervisor on the supervision conducted over the public procurement of hyperbaric oxygen therapy medical services due to the health care institutions in the Healthcare Institution Network Plan for 2014 reaching full occupancy capacities, in the open procedure commissioned by the Republic Health Insurance Fund, Belgrade.
The Committee also considered and accepted the Report on the public procurements conducted in the sphere of defence and security by the European Integration Office for 2013 submitted by the Government’s Secretariat General and elaborated by the European Integration Office Deputy Director Srdjan Majstorovic.
The sitting was chaired by Veroljub Arsic, Committee Chairman.
