The Committee delegation was headed by Committee Chairman Momir Stojanovic and comprised Committee members MA Igor Becic, Zeljko Susec, Dragan Sormaz and Goran Bogdanovic, and Committee substitute members Dr Milorad Mijatovic and Sinisa Maksimovic.

In line with its duties, pursuant to the Law on the Bases of Security Services Organization, National Assembly Rules of Procedure and the Committee Decision regulating the manner in which the Committee conducts direct supervision over the work of the security services, the Committee delegation supervised the legality of the Security Information Agency’s work as regards abiding by its legally prescribed tasks and duties.

Employing the system of random sampling, the members of the Committee delegation were given direct insight into the documentation of cases realised in 2014 and ascertained that in the supervised cases the Security Information Agency acted in line with its duties and appropriate procedure. They noted the need to elaborate a number of regulations and pass by-laws in order boost the efficiency of the Security Information Agency.
