Delegation member Dusica Stojkovic highlighted the importance of fostering transport connections in the Western Balkan region and continuing investment into infrastructural projects in the Republic of Serbia. She mentioned the establishment of the Transport Community headquartered in Belgrade, which is one of the key achievements of the Berlin Process, as a good example.

She suggested that transport connectivity in the Western Balkans and successfully realized infrastructural projects be included as best practice examples into the agenda for future support group meetings.

The Silk Road support group is an informal group founded by 17 national delegations to the OSCE PA in Minsk in July 2017 with the aim of supporting the development of economic cooperation, promotion of economic relations and trade, development of multi-modal transport corridors, as well as free movement of people, goods, services and capital.
