National Assembly Speaker Opens Third Regional Conference of Parliamentary Bodies for Oversight of Intelligence Security Services in the Countries of Southeast Europe
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic opened the Third Regional Conference of Parliamentary Bodies for oversight of intelligence security services in the countries of Southeast Europe held at the National Assembly House.
The topic of the Conference is “Parliamentary control of security services in the context of data confidentiality systems”.
Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia Thomas Moore and Deputy Director of the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) Philipp Fluri also spoke at the opening of the Conference.
The Conference is hosted by the Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
