The agenda contains the Bill amending the Law on Judges and the Bill amending the Law on Public Prosecution, submitted by a group of 199 MPs.

The National Assembly will also be discussing the Bill amending the Law on Building Legalisation, submitted by a group of 127 MPs.

The agenda also contains the Bill on the Confirmation of the Arms Trade Treaty and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between Serbia and the Kingdom of Spain on Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information, submitted by the Government.

The MPs will also be reviewing the candidate lists for president of the Commission for Protection of Competition and members of the Council of the Commission for Protection of Competition, submitted by the National Assembly’s Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy.

The agenda also includes the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision establishing the composition of the Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee, submitted by National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic.

The sitting will be held at the Grand Hall of the National Assembly House in Belgrade, 13 Nikola Pasic Square, starting at 10 am.
