In the meeting, they exchanged opinions on future cooperation and Ambassador Di Luca endorsed the reform processes in Serbia and announced that the Sovereign Military Order of Malta will continue to support Serbia’s progress to Europe.
Vladimir Marinkovic thanked the Sovereign Military Order of Malta for its humanitarian aid to Serbia in the previous period, especially the donation for the treatment of sick children in Serbia. He said he expected that the funds raised would soon start to be used for the realisation of the Nurdor project Doctor’s Tower i.e. the reconstruction of the tower for the so-called Parents’ House for children suffering from cancer and their parents.
In the course of the meeting, the officials agreed to hold an exhibition on 21 June at the National Assembly House to mark the 900th anniversary of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, under the patronage of the National Assembly Speaker, MA Nebojsa Stefanovic.
