As a former Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, I am well aware of the responsibility, knowledge and leadership capacities this function requires.

I am convinced that, with you at the helm, the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia will, in the coming period, with a clear vision and commitment to work, successfully resolve issues of importance for all the citizens of Serbia.

The City of Banja Luka enjoys long-standing friendships with many cities of our homeland and every year we try to organize reciprocal visits of our delegations. We confirmed our friendship and long-term cooperation with Belgrade on 26 October of this year by signing the Charter of Twinning. We plan to continue this cooperation in the next period as well. The continuous partnership of our cities, as direct suppliers of services to their citizens, is very important and also has a sentimental value for our citizens.

The City of Banja Luka will be your sincere partner in cooperation on any project aimed at improving the ties between our people on both sides of the Drina and creation of better living conditions for the citizens of Serbia and the Republic of Srpska.
