Head of Parliamentary Friendship Group with France Sends Condolences to French Ambassador to Serbia

Natasa Vuckovic, the Head of the Serbian National Assembly’s Parliamentary Friendship Group with France, extended condolences to the French Ambassador Mrs Moro for the horrible crime at the offices of magazine Charlie Hebdo.


In the written condolences to the families of the victims and the French people Vuckovic stressed that “Charlie Hebdo is a beacon of free press and the right to freedom of expression that motivated and encouraged journalists and media freedom fighters to persevere in the fight for their beliefs and freedom of the press. France has always inspired us to fight for freedom and democracy. Today we stand with it in solidarity.”
