The Committee members accepted the Proposed Conclusion of the Working Group ascertaining whether the participants of the public competition for the election of member of the Council of the Commission for Protection of Competition meet the requirements and the criteria set out in the Law on Protection of Competition and the public call.

The Committee then proceeded to formulate a List of candidates for the election of member of the Council of the Commission for Protection of Competition. Out of the nine candidates who answered the call for the election of member of the Council of the Commission for Protection of Competition, Prof. Dr Radovan Vukadinovic, Prof. Dr Sanja Dankovic Stepanovic, MA Mitar Drobnjakovic, Doc. Dr Milan Kostic, Prof. Dr Sinisa Ognjanovic, Mladen Radovic, Doc. Dr Dragutin Radosavljevic and Petar Trojanovic, the Committee chose Cedomir Radojicic for candidate for member of the Council of the Commission for Protection of Competition and would submit the Proposal to the National Assembly for consideration and ruling.

The Committee members elected Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic as representative of the submitter at the National Assembly plenary session for the election of member of the Council of the Commission for Protection of Competition.

Under item any other business, the Committee elected two representatives of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy for the Commission for the conduct of the procedure for the election of candidates for president and members of the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia, Snezana B. Petrovic and Dr Aleksandra Tomic.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Stanislava Janosevic, Jelena Mijatovic, Tomislav Ljubenovic, Ivan Manojlovic, Natasa Jovanovic, Radmilo Kostic, Zoran Bojanic, Branislav Mihajlovic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic and Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic.
