The request to hold the extraordinary session specifies an agenda bearing 18 items: Bill on Elementary Education and Upbringing, Bill on Secondary Education and Upbringing, Bill on Adult Education, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Basic Principles of the System of Education and Upbringing, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pupil and Student Standard, Bill amending the Law on Salaries in State Bodies and Public Services, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Innovation Activity, Bill on the Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor Products, submitted by the Government.

The agenda also includes the Proposal of the Resolution on Legislative Policy, submitted by a group of 25 MPs, as well as the Bill on the Confirmation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Agricultural Cooperation, Bill on the Confirmation of the Veterinary Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro on Mutual Recognition and Acceptance of Proof that Food and Animal Food of Plant, Mixed/Combined Origin Meets the Prescribed Requisites, Bill on the Confirmation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Montenegro on Plant Health Protection, submitted by the Government.

The agenda also contains the Proposal of the Decision on Relief from Duty of a Member of the National Council for Higher Education and the Proposal of the Decision on Relief from Duty of a National Education Council Member, submitted by the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society, Proposal of the Decision on the Dismissal and Appointment of a Substitute Member of the Republic Electoral Commission, submitted by the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Establishment of the Composition of the Standing Delegations of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia to International Parliamentary Institutions, submitted by the National Assembly Speaker, MA Nebojsa Stefanovic and the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Liberal Democratic Party Parliamentary Group.

 The Fifth Extraordinary Session will be held at the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
