At the request of 116 deputies, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, convened the Fifth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2008, for Thursday, 25 September, starting at 10 a.m.

The agenda for the session set in the Request for holding the sitting will include the proposals of the decisions on the termination of function and election of members of the Council of the National Bank of Serbia, submitted by the Finance Committee, Proposal of the Decision on the election of Deputy Ombudsman, submitted by the Ombudsman, then proposals of the decisions on the termination of office of bearers of judicial functions, submitted by the Justice Committee, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on the appointment of Deputy Secretary of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Administrative Committee.

The session will be held at the building of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in Belgrade, 14 Kralja Milana Street.
