Eighty-Third Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 21 February, the Administrative Committee noted that the term of office of deputy Dr Vladan Batic, elected from the LDP-Cedomir Jovanovic electoral list, terminated before the expiration of the term he was elected to, on the day of his death.

The Committee members went on to consider the Proposal of the Decision amending and modifying the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, submitted by a group of 99 deputies. Elaborating the amendments to the Rules of Procedure on the behalf of the submitters, Head of the Parliamentary Group For European Serbia Nada Kolundzija explained that in future competent committees would consider the reports of independent state authorities and submit a report on it to the National Assembly, proposing a conclusion i.e. recommendations of measures to improve the state in said areas. The National Assembly will also consider the reports by independent state authorities along with the report of the competent committee containing a conclusion i.e. recommendations and, following a debate, rule on them.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Nenad Konstantinovic.
