Eighth Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration

At the sitting held on 7 November, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed the Bill on the Constitutional Court.


At the sitting held on 7 November, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed the Bill on the Constitutional Court. The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Miroslav Petkovic.

The Committee members endorsed the Bill in principle, with the exemption of Committee member Vladan Batic. The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill in principle.
