Eighth Sitting of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society
At the sitting held on 12 December, the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society discussed the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, in detail.
Out of the 25 amendments submitted by the MPs, the Government and Committee accepted two, and an amendment to article 6 submitted by the Government was also accepted.
The Committee also submitted an amendment of its own to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Copyright and Related Rights.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Prof. Dr Miodrag Stojkovic.
