Education, Science, Technological Development and Information Society Committee Chairman Receives Group of Students of Indiana University

At the National Assembly today, the Chairman of the Committee on Education, Science, Technological Development and the Information Society Dr Muamer Zukorlic received a group of students of Indiana University visiting Serbia as part of the student exchange and specialization programme conducted by the Faculty of Special Education and Rehabilitation of the University of Belgrade (FASPER).

Committee Chairman Dr Muamer Zukorlic said that exchange programmes are very important for students both from the aspect of education and cultural exchange as they meet other students from around world. Zukorlic said that Serbia is currently undergoing an education reform and the National Assembly had passed a number of umbrella laws in the field, among which he highlighted the Law on Higher Education.

Committee Chairman Dr Muamer Zukorlic was then informed in more detail about the programme by FASPER Professor Dr Fadil Eminovic and the FASPER students who had been on exchange at the Indiana University also shared their impressions.
