The students were welcomed by MP MA Ivan Kostic, Chairman of the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region. He emphasized the importance of fostering ties between Serbia as the mother state and its diaspora, especially through educational programmes.

Student Club President Nemanja Vuckovic took the opportunity to thank Mr.Kostic for his time and talked about future cooperation. In the course of the visit, the students learned about the Parliament’s work and history. They saw the Great and Small Hall where the National Assembly convenes, the library, Prince Pavle’s diplomatic salon and the conference hall.

In the course of the informal meeting, Mr.Kostic answered the students’ numerous questions.
