Ambassador Caushi stressed that he hopes MP Karic’s appointment and personal contribution would have a positive impact on the cooperation between the parliaments of Serbia and Albania i.e. cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and Republic of Albania.

“Dear friend, I assure you that you can always count on my friendly help and support in expediting the promotion of cooperation between our two countries, as well as improving relations and bringing our two nations closer together”, states the congratulatory note of the Ambassador of the Republic of Albania.

At today’s sitting, the Foreign Affairs Committee adopted the decision on the establishment of several parliamentary friendship groups, among them the four-member Parliamentary Friendship Group with Albania.

So far, the National Assembly has established parliamentary friendship groups with 62 countries
