68th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 18 December, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the request to adopt the appropriate documents establishing the base salary for the newly elected deputy ombudsmen Milos Jankovic, Robert Sepi, Gordana Stevanovic and Vladana Jovic.
The Committee adopted the documents establishing the right of deputy ombudsmen Milos Jankovic and Goran Basic to salary compensation after the termination of office.
The Committee also reviewed the request made by Djula Ladocki, substitute member of the Republic Electoral Commission, for an opinion as regards assuming another public office and gave a positive opinion.
Concerning the request made by Prof. Dr Zoran Radovanovic, Member of Parliament, for an opinion as regards assuming another public office, the Committee also gave a positive opinion.
Regarding the information of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimands issued to maintain the order at the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013, by a majority of votes, the Committee decided to fine MPs Cedomir Jovanovic and Marijan Risticevic for the one reprimand each issued to them for the breach of order at the sitting.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
