65th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the 65th sitting, held on 28 September, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending discussed, in detail, the Bill amending and modifying the Value Added Tax Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Republic Administrative Fees, submitted by the Government.
The Committee also added one more item to the agenda – the request of Danijela Bokan, employed at the Public Procurement Office, for prior written consent to perform additional paid activity.
The Committee members did not accept any of the 21 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Value Added Tax, nor did they accept any of the eight amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Republic Administrative Fees.
The Committee then proceeded to grant consent to Danijela Bokan, Assistant Director at the Public Procurement Office, to perform additional paid activity.
The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance Irina Stevanovic Gavrovic and Dragana Mladenovic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic.
