59th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 29 July, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending discussed in detail the Bill on Special Conditions of Sale of Certain Real Estate Owned by the Republic of Serbia, Bill on Payment Transactions of Legal Entities, Entrepreneurs and Physical Entities Not Engaged in Activity, Bill amending and modifying the Public Procurement Law, Bill amending and modifying the Public Debt Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Deadlines for Settlement of Pecuniary Liabilities in Commercial Transactions.
Out of the 85 amendments submitted to the Bill on Special Conditions of Sale of Certain Real Estate Owned by the Republic of Serbia, the Government and the Committee accepted two, and the Committee also submitted an amendment of its own to Article 8, paragraph 2 of the Bill.
The Government and the Committee accepted none of the five amendments submitted to the Bill on Payment Transactions of Legal Entities, Entrepreneurs and Physical Entities Not Engaged in Activity.
The Government and the Committee accepted six of the 218 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Public Procurement Law. The Committee also submitted five amendments of its own to articles 4, 29, 54, 60 and 68 of the Bill.
The Government and the Committee accepted two of the four amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Public Debt Law and none of the five amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Deadlines for Settlement of Pecuniary Liabilities in Commercial Transactions.
