58th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 27 July, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending discussed, in principle, seven bills on the agenda for the 16th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.
Following the discussion, the Committee, by majority vote, adopted the Bill on Special Conditions of Sale of Certain Real Estate Owned by the Republic of Serbia, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Deadlines for Settlement of Pecuniary Liabilities in Commercial Transactions and the Bill on Payment Transactions of Legal Entities, Entrepreneurs and Physical Entities Not Engaged in Activity.
The Committee members also decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill amending and modifying the Public Procurement Law, Bill amending and modifying the Public Debt Law, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement amending and modifying the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank for Project Clinical Centres/A and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement amending and modifying the Financial Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank for Project Clinical Centres/B.
The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance and Public Debt Administration.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic.
