53rd Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 24 June, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered in detail the Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Improvement of Land Administration in Serbia Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The Government and the Committee did not accept any of the 24 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law, while the Committee did accept the amendment the Government had submitted to Article 4 of the Bill.
The Government and the Committee accepted the only amendment submitted to the Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Improvement of Land Administration in Serbia Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
