49th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 20 May, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending discussed the Republic of Serbia Energy Agency 2015 Financial Plan.
Energy Agency Council President Ljubo Macic shortly outlined the Agency’s 2015 Financial Plan, presenting the planned income and expenses, with a special focus on the Agency’s new authority as stipulated in the Energy Law.
Following a debate, the Committee members unanimously adopted the Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Republic of Serbia Energy Agency 2015 Financial Plan, which will be forwarded to the National Assembly for consideration.
The Committee then proceeded to consider the Bill on the Confirmation of the Convention on the Simplification of Formalities in Trade in Goods, Bill on the Confirmation of the Convention on a Common Transit Procedure and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Contract amending and modifying the Finance Contract (School Modernisation Programme) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, submitted by the Government.
After a discussion, the Committee members accepted all three bills.
