42nd Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 18 February, regarding the deliberation on the Activity Report on the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, for the period 1 January - 30 June 2014, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending formulated a Conclusion Proposal to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.
The Committee then proceeded to set up a Working Group for the Introduction and Development of the Public Finance Supervision Portal. The Working Group comprises the Chairman of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending Veroljub Arsic and Committee members Zoran Antic, MA Dejan Radenkovic, Ivan Jovanovic, Prof. Dr Janko Veselinovic, Vera Paunovic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic, Vojislav Vujic, Djordje Stojsic, Dubravka Filipovski, Zoltan Pek, Olgica Batic and Sabina Dazdarevic. The members of the Global Organization of Parliamentarians Against Corruption (GOPAC) Serbia National Branch will also take part in the Working Group’s activities.
The Committee also set up a Subcommittee for the Consideration of Reports on Audits Conducted by the State Audit Institution. The Subcommittee, comprising Committee members Boban Birmancevic, Ivan Jovanovic, Zoran Bojanic and Dragoljub Zindovic, will be chaired by Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic.
