40th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 30 July 2015, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications discussed, in detail, two bills on the agenda for the 16th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.
The MPs had submitted 29 amendments to the Bill on Road Transport of Goods, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted nine. The Committee also submitted an amendment of its own to Article 52 of the Bill.
The Government and the Committee accepted 19 of the 52 amendments submitted to the Bill on Road Transport of Passengers. The Committee also submitted four amendments of its own to articles 42, 91, 94 and 158 of the Bill.
On the behalf of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure and the Ministry of Finance, the sitting was attended by Assistant Minister Sasa Stojanovic and associates.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milutin Mrkonjic.
