38th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 23 July 2015, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications discussed, in detail, two bills on the agenda for the 14th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.
The MPs had submitted 77 amendments to the Bill on Investigation of Air, Rail and Water Traffic Accidents, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted 17, while out of the 5 amendments submitted to the Bill modifying the Law on Obligations and the Basics of Property Relations in Air Transport, only one was accepted.
