37th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 15 January, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending discussed the Bill on the Confirmation of the Privileged Buyer Loan Agreement for stage two of the package project Kostolac–B Power Plant Project between the Government of the Republic of Serbia, represented by the Ministry of Finance, as Borrower and the Chinese Export-Import Bank as Creditor, submitted by the Government.
The Committee also considered the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania on Mutual Assistance in the Prevention, Investigation and Suppressions of Customs Offences, submitted by the Government.
The bills were elaborated by representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the Committee unanimously accepted them both.
