36th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 15 July, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill on Conversion of Rights of Use into Property Right of Building Land with Compensation and to the Bill modifying the Law on Flood Damage Repair in the Republic of Serbia.
Out of the 71 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill on Conversion of Rights of Use into Property Right of Building Land with Compensation, the Government and the Committee accepted 11. The Committee also submitted two amendments of its own, to articles 7 and 17 of the Bill.
None of the three amendments submitted to the Bill modifying the Law on Flood Damage Repair in the Republic of Serbia were accepted.
On the behalf of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, the sitting was attended by Aleksandra Damnjanovic, State Secretary, and Djordje Milic, acting Assistant Minister, with an associate.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milutin Mrkonjic.
