36th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 8 March, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending selected 32 questions for the test to assess the professional capability in the field of public procurement of the candidates for the election of President and six members of the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.
By a Conclusion, the Committee formed a Working Group to conduct the testing, check and mark the results of the test to assess the professional capability in the field of public procurement of the candidates for the election of President and six members of the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, comprising: Member of Parliament Dr Milorad Mijatovic, Working Group President, and MPs Radojko Obradovic, Dejan Radenkovic, Vladimir Marinkovic, Radmilo Kostic and Djordje Stojsic, Working Group members.
The Committee also ascertained that the takers can use the Public Procurement Law in the test.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson, Vesna Kovac.
