The Committee members also discussed, in principle, the accompanying financial bills - Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law, Bill amending the Value Added Tax Law, Bill amending and modifying the Corporate Income Tax Law, Bill amending the Law on Property Restitution and Compensation, Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law, Bill on assumption of obligations of company Air Serbia Ltd. Belgrade toward legal and physical entities for services rendered and goods delivered and the transformation of said obligations into the public debt of the Republic of Serbia, Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of OTP Bank Serbia Ltd. Novi Sad, Banca Intesa Ltd. Belgrade, NBG Bank Malta LTD, ''AIK Banka'' Ltd. Nis and UniCredit Bank Serbia Ltd. Belgrade under the debt of public enterprise “Srbijagas” Novi Sad and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Guarantee Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Rehabilitation and Development for a credit line for the Deposit Insurance Agency, submitted by the Government.

The bills were elaborated by Minister of Finance Dr Dusan Vujovic.

The opinion of the Fiscal Council on the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2014 Budget Law, with its accompanying Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision modifying the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2014 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision modifying the National Employment Service 2014 Financial Plan, Republic of Serbia 2015 Budget Bill and the Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law, was presented by the President of the Serbian Fiscal Council Prof. Dr Pavle Petrovic.

The Committee members adopted the bills in principle.
